Summary
Amends the
Aged Care Act 1997
to: harmonise aged care and pension assets tests in relation to income streams purchased on or after 20 September 2007 and asset disposals (i.e. gifts); and clarify the delegation of certain powers to Aged Care Assessment Teams.
